Your deposit/full tuition is fully refundable up to May 1st, but because we hire staff and purchase equipment and supplies based on our anticipated enrollment, the deposit/full tuition is not refundable after May 1st, subject to the Fun Guarantee below. We highly suggest that you consider obtaining tuition insurance that can cover you in the event of emergencies, such as illness or injury, that may prevent your camper from attending camp. You may obtain information and insurance from TravMark. You may call them at (800) 358-0779 x221, email [email protected]
, or visit http://youth-studentplans.com/default.asp?linkid=shaf11. Payments made for unused optional activities (subject to the above “Optional Activities”) and camp store credit are fully refundable regardless of if or when a camper cancels. If you register through a group, school or outlet AND utilized a “Group Code,” then a $75 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation. Any refunds owed will be paid by September 15. There are no refunds for campers who leave due to illness or injury, or who are expelled for inappropriate behavior. Inappropriate behavior includes bringing any weapon to Camp, fighting, use of illegal drugs or alcohol, smoking, use of fire, vandalism, stealing, repeatedly displaying an uncooperative attitude or disrespect for others, and any other action that in the directors’ opinion threatens the health, safety, or well-being of any person or animal, or the smooth operation of the Camp. Program Tracks: Once a camper has secured a spot in one of the specialized program tracks and the program commences, there will be no refund if the camper withdraws. However, if the camper withdraws prior to the commencement of the specialized program track, then you will receive a full refund. If a trip is terminated early due to weather, fire or other conditions beyond our control, there will be a pro rata refund. Refunds are made by September 15.
