REFUND POLICY

Tuition.

Your deposit/full tuition is fully refundable up to May 15th, but because we hire staff and purchase equipment and supplies based on our anticipated enrollment, the deposit/full tuition is not refundable after May 15th, subject to the Fun Guarantee below. We highly suggest that you consider obtaining tuition insurance that can cover you in the event of emergencies, such as sickness, that may prevent your camper from attending camp. You may obtain information and insurance from TravMark. You may call them at (800) 358-0779 x221, email Mark@TravMark.com, or visit them. Payments made for unused optional activities (subject to "Optional Activities" below) and camp store credit are fully refundable regardless of if or when a camper cancels. If you register through a group, school or outlet AND utilized a "Group Code," then a $75 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation. Any refunds owed will be paid by September 15th. There are no refunds for campers expelled for inappropriate behavior. Inappropriate behavior includes bringing any weapon to camp, fighting, use of illegal drugs or alcohol, smoking, use of fire, vandalism, stealing, repeatedly displaying an uncooperative attitude or disrespect for others, and any other action that in the directors' opinion threatens the health, safety, or well-being of any person or animal, or the smooth operation of the Camp.

Fun Guarantee.

Summer camp presents a unique opportunity for children to not only have fun, but to stretch and learn new things. And while we're confident we do a great job, we realize that no one summer camp is a perfect fit for every child. So we offer you our "Fun Guarantee" to give you peace of mind. Our "Fun Guarantee" means that we guarantee your camper will have fun or we will refund your child's tuition. We don't know a better way to demonstrate the confidence we have in our program than by putting our money where our mouth is. If it turns out we're not the best fit for your child for some reason, we want you to take your tuition back and find a camp that is. We value the summer camp experience so highly that we want your child to have it, even if it is with someone else. To obtain a refund under our Fun Guarantee, just send us a written request within 7 days of your child's last day at camp stating that he/she did not have fun and that you would like a refund. It's that simple. Fun. Guaranteed! (The refund applies only to tuition; it does not cover camp store purchases or optional activities. Also, the fun guarantee does not apply to any child who is expelled for inappropriate behavior.)

Optional Activities.

The camp offers horseback riding and whitewater rafting as optional activities. A camper's desire to participate in a raft trip and/or horseback riding is confirmed with the camper approximately two days before the trip and relayed to the outfitters. Once confirmed, there are no refunds for non-attendance. Horseback riding and whitewater rafting are subject to a minimum and maximum signup requirement and to weather and water conditions. If more campers sign up than the outfitters have room or for which we have transportation, children will be permitted to attend on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is no space for your child on a horseback ride or a rafting trip, then you will receive a refund. Any unused optional activity credit, subject to the above, will be refunded by September 15th.

Camp Store Credit.

Unused camp store credit is fully refundable regardless of if or when a camper cancels. Please see "Tuition" above.

Refunds will made by September 15.
