Camper Forms

This page is for people who have ALREADY enrolled in Camp. To register for Camp, in the menu click on "Registration" and then "Register".
If you are enrolled, you should have received a confirmation email with links to all the forms you need to complete. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please contact us to ensure that your camper is enrolled.

This To-Do List will help you make sure you have everything done that needs to be completed before your camper arrives at Camp.
Please read the Registration Information Pack as soon as possible, because there are deadlines for the forms.
Our Health Form is online and has both forms to be printed and completed as well as forms to be completed electronically online. To complete this secure form, click on "Camper Login" in our menu, or click here. You will need the user name and password given to you when you received your enrollment confirmation. After logging in, click on the "Medical Form" to complete it.
